Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of the issuer BORA KEĆIĆ ATP AD Obrenovac are hereby informed that on 21 January 2020 a mandatory purchase of shares of the issuer BORA KEĆIĆ ATP AD Obrenovac was carried out.

Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it is chip-enabled) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which they wish the proceeds from the mandatory share purchase to be paid.
