Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of the issuer MILAN BLAGOJEVIĆ A.D. SMEDEREVO are hereby informed that on October 3, 2019, a mandatory buyout of shares of the issuer MILAN BLAGOJEVIĆ A.D. SMEDEREVO was carried out. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it is chip-enabled) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which they wish the funds from the mandatory buyout of shares to be paid.
