Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of the issuer Jugotehna Export-Import A.D. are hereby informed that on September 23, 2015, a mandatory buyout of shares of the issuer Jugotehna Export-Import A.D. was carried out. Clients who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to submit a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it is chip-enabled) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which they wish the funds from the mandatory sale of shares to be paid.
