Clients of BDD Tesla Capital, who are shareholders of the issuer JUGODRVO – HOLDING A.D. BEOGRAD, are hereby informed that on November 13, 2019, a mandatory buyout of shares of the issuer JUGODRVO – HOLDING A.D. BEOGRAD was executed. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide us with a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it has a chip) and a copy of a bank card with the account number to which they wish the funds from the mandatory buyout of shares to be transferred.
