Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of the issuer AD NEOPLANTA-ZAJEDNO NOVI SAD are hereby informed that on October 9, 2019, a mandatory buyout of shares of the issuer AD NEOPLANTA-ZAJEDNO NOVI SAD was carried out. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it is chip-enabled) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which they wish the funds from the mandatory buyout of shares to be paid.
