Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of PZP POŽAREVAC a.d. Požarevac are hereby informed that on 22 December 2015, a mandatory buyout of shares of PZP POŽAREVAC a.d. Požarevac was carried out.
Clients who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it has a chip) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number where they wish the proceeds from the mandatory sale of shares to be paid.
