Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of BETONJERKA a.d. Čačak are hereby informed that on 9 March 2015, a mandatory buyout of shares of BETONJERKA a.d. Čačak was carried out.
Clients who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to provide a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it has a chip) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number where they wish the proceeds from the mandatory sale of shares to be paid.
