Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of VALJAONICA BAKRA SEVOJNO AD SEVOJNO are hereby informed that on April 6, 2020, a mandatory buyout of the issuer’s shares was executed. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of their valid ID card (chip-readable if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which they wish the payment for the mandatory share buyout to be made.
