Shareholders of the issuer NIS AD who were the lawful holders of shares on June 10, 2025 (the dividend record date) are hereby informed that, as of October 22, 2025, dividend payments to shareholders will begin (pursuant to the Shareholders’ Assembly Decision dated June 20, 2025).
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation are required to personally submit copies of valid personal identification documents and the bank account card to which they wish the dividend payment to be made.
