Shareholders of the issuer MESSER TEHNOGAS AD who were the lawful holders of shares on June 7, 2025 (the dividend record date) are hereby informed that, as of October 3, 2025, dividend payments to shareholders will begin (pursuant to the Shareholders’ Assembly Decision dated June 17, 2025).
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation are required to personally submit a copy of their valid personal identification document (electronically read if it contains a chip) and a copy of the bank account card to which they wish the dividend payment to be made.
