Shareholders of the issuer AMS Osiguranje ADO who were the lawful holders of shares on April 18, 2025 (the dividend record date) are hereby informed that, as of October 27, 2025, dividend payments to shareholders will begin (pursuant to the Shareholders’ Assembly Decision dated April 28, 2025).
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation are required to personally submit copies of valid personal identification documents and the bank account card to which they wish the dividend payment to be made.
