Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were shareholders of the issuer SAVATRANSPORT AD are hereby informed that on 11 December 2024, based on the Shareholders’ Assembly Decision on the forced redemption dated 29 November 2024, the payment to all shareholders was executed.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of a valid ID card (electronic copy if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which they wish the forced redemption payment to be made.
