Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were holders of ordinary shares of the issuer NIS AD NOVI SAD on the dividend record date (June 19, 2021) are hereby informed that on August 31, 2021, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on profit distribution for the year 2020, dividend payment, and determination of the total amount of undistributed profit of NIS AD Novi Sad dated June 29, 2021, the dividend payment to shareholders commenced. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of their valid ID card (scanned if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which the dividend payment should be made.
