Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were shareholders of the issuer KOMPANIJA DUNAV OSIGURANJE ADO BELGRADE on the dividend record date (17 April 2020) are hereby informed that on 2 July 2020, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on the distribution of profit for 2019 and the payment of dividends, the dividend payment to shareholders commenced.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it is chip-enabled) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which they wish the dividend payment to be made.
