Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were holders of preferred shares of the issuer KOMERCIJALNA BANKA AD BEOGRAD on the dividend record date (April 17, 2017) are hereby informed that on September 21, 2020, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly and the Decision of the Executive Board, the payment of dividends to shareholders commenced. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of their valid ID card (chip-read if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which they wish the dividend payment to be made.
