Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were holders of ordinary and preference shares of the issuer KOMERCIJALNA BANKA AD BELGRADE on the dividend record date (25 May 2015) are hereby informed that, on 21 September 2020, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly and the Decision of the Executive Board, the dividend payment to shareholders commenced.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to submit in person a copy of a valid ID card (read if chip-enabled) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which the dividend payment is to be made.
