Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were holders of ordinary shares of the issuer DUNAV OSIGURANJE ADO Belgrade on the dividend date (15 April 2024) are hereby informed that on 05 July 2024, based on the Decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders on the distribution of profit for 2023, the payment of dividends to shareholders commenced.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide us with a copy of their valid ID card (electronically read if it has a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which they wish the dividend payment to be made.
