Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were holders of ordinary shares of the issuer TELEKOM SRBIJA AD on the dividend record date (June 20, 2022) are hereby informed that on December 22, 2022, based on the Decision of the Executive Board on the distribution of profit for 2021, the dividend payment to shareholders commenced. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of their valid ID card (chip-readable if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which they wish the dividend payment to be made.
