Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were shareholders of STUP AD VRŠAC on the dividend record date (June 18, 2019) are hereby notified that, on August 23, 2019, based on the decision of the General Assembly on profit distribution, the dividend payment has commenced. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it has a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number where they wish the dividend to be paid.
