Shareholders of Goša FOM a.d. Smederevska Palanka who were owners of the Company’s shares on 17 June 2013 (dividend date) are hereby informed that on 29 February 2016, based on the Shareholders’ Assembly Decision on the Distribution of the Company’s Annual Profit, the payment of the 2012 dividend began.
Clients who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it has a chip) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number where they wish the dividend to be paid.
