Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were shareholders of ENERGOPROJEKT HOLDING a.d. Belgrade on the dividend date (4 June 2018) are hereby informed that on 30 November 2018, based on the Shareholders’ Assembly Decision on the Distribution of Undistributed Profit, the payment of the 2017 dividend began.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it has a chip) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number where they wish the dividend to be paid.
