Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were holders of ordinary shares of the issuer AMS Osiguranje AD on the dividend record date (April 18, 2022) are hereby informed that, as of October 24, 2022, based on the Decision of the General Assembly of Shareholders on the distribution of profit for the year 2021, the payment of dividends to shareholders has commenced.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide us with a copy of their valid ID card (chip-readable if applicable) and a copy of their bank card containing the account number to which they want the dividend payment to be made.
