Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were holders of preference shares of the issuer AMS OSIGURANJE A.D.O. BELGRADE on the dividend record date (18 April 2016) are hereby informed that, on 29 December 2016, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on the distribution of the Company’s profit, the dividend payment to holders of preference shares commenced.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to submit in person a copy of a valid ID card (read if chip-enabled) and a copy of their bank card showing the account number to which the dividend payment is to be made.
