Shareholders of the issuer Telekom AD who were the lawful holders of shares as of 17 June 2025 (the dividend record date) are hereby notified that the payment of dividends to shareholders will commence on 23 December 2025 (pursuant to the Shareholders’ Assembly Decision dated 27 June 2025).
Shareholders whose documentation is not up to date are required to personally submit copies of valid identification documents and the bank account details to which the dividend payment is to be made.
