Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were shareholders of the issuer GOŠA FOM AD on the dividend record date (4 June 2024) are hereby informed that on 12 December 2024, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on the distribution of profit for 2023, the payment of dividends to shareholders commenced.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of a valid ID card (electronic copy if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank account card with the account number to which they wish the dividend payment to be made.
