Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were holders of preferred shares of the issuer AMS Osiguranje AD on the dividend record date (16 April 2023) are hereby informed that on 25 October 2024, based on the Decision of the Shareholders’ Assembly on the distribution of profit for 2023, the payment of dividends to shareholders commenced.
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of a valid ID card (electronic copy if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which they wish the dividend payment to be made.
