Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who hold shares of the issuer IMPOL SEVAL VALJAONICA AD are hereby informed that, as of August 13, 2025, dividend payments to shareholders have begun—based on the Shareholders’ Assembly Decision on profit distribution for 2024 (the dividend record date was June 9, 2025).
Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of their valid ID card (electronically read if it contains a chip) and a copy of the bank account card, including the account number, to which they wish the dividend payment to be made.
