Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were shareholders of DUNAV OSIGURANJE ADO BEOGRAD on the dividend record date (April 17, 2016) are hereby informed that on July 7, 2016, based on the Shareholders’ Assembly decision regarding the distribution of profits for 2015 and dividend payment, the dividend for 2015 began to be paid. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it contains a chip) and a copy of a bank card with the account number where they wish the dividend payment to be deposited.
