Pančevo who held shares of the Company on June 16, 2015 (the dividend record date) are hereby informed that, based on the Decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders on the distribution of the Company’s annual profit, the dividend payment for 2014 began on December 17, 2015.
Clients who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which they would like the dividend payment to be made.
