Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who were shareholders of GOŠA FOM AD SMEDEREVSKA PALANKA on the dividend record date (June 12, 2018) and the interim dividend record date (November 7, 2018) are hereby notified that, on December 12, 2018, based on the decision of the Supervisory Board on profit distribution, the dividend payment for 2017 has commenced, and based on the decision of the Supervisory Board on the distribution of the interim dividend, the interim dividend payment for 2018 has commenced. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it has a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number where they wish the dividend payment to be made.
