Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of the issuer DUVANSKA INDUSTRIJA AD BUJANOVAC are hereby informed that on July 5, 2021, a compulsory buyout of the shares of the issuer DUVANSKA INDUSTRIJA AD BUJANOVAC was carried out. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of their valid ID card (scanned if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which the payment from the compulsory buyout of shares should be made.
