Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of the issuer COBEX AD BEOGRAD are hereby informed that on July 6, 2021, a compulsory buyout of the shares of the issuer COBEX AD BEOGRAD was carried out. Shareholders who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally submit a copy of their valid ID card (scanned if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which the payment from the compulsory buyout of shares should be made.
