Clients of BDD Tesla Capital who are shareholders of the issuer HOTEL MOSKVA a.d. Belgrade are hereby informed that the compulsory buyout of HOTEL MOSKVA a.d. Belgrade shares was carried out on March 14, 2016.
Clients who do not have updated documentation with BDD Tesla Capital are required to personally provide a copy of a valid ID card (scanned if it contains a chip) and a copy of their bank card with the account number to which they would like the payment from the compulsory sale of shares to be made.
